“I’m the One” – DJ Khaled feat. Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, Lil Wayne

It has the perfect summer vibes – even the single artwork itself showcases exactly how everyone will feel while floating in the water and listening to this song. The bouncy bassline combined with the fun lyrics that each artist contributed with their own spin makes the song ideal for this summer, so add it to your playlists!

“Passionfruit” – Drake

If you’re looking for a  more solemn, melancholy jam to play in your headphones while you’re laying out by the pool, “Passionfruit” is the perfect song for your playlist. While it lacks upbeat, dance vibes, the soft drums paired with the straightforwardness of Drake’s voice – sans vibrato or rift-heavy – makes it the perfect song to relax to. It’s slightly repetitive but catchy lyrics make it easy to listen to and will have you humming it while strolling along the beach or hanging out with friends.

“Bad Liar” – Selena Gomez

It’s bubbly enough to stay stuck in your head all day while being simple enough to relax to while sitting in a beach chair or at the edge of the pool. Therefore, while much different than something expected to be delivered from Gomez, it certainly is a good one that will no doubt blast through everyone’s speakers this summer.

“Despacito” – Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee feat. Justin Bieber [REMIX]

despacito_remix_by_luis_fonsiWhile it’s become slightly overplayed on the radio, and we’re all claiming to be sick of it, there’s no denying that everyone will be attempting to belt out the Spanish lyrics of “Despacito” this summer, especially now that Justin Bieber has been added into the mix. This remix of Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s song provides an upbeat, exciting dance song that is undeniably catchy. So, if you’re tired of hearing it on the radio, don’t worry – you’ll only hear it everywhere else instead!
